Browne has a Master's Degree, Summa Cum Laude (GPA 4.0) in Communication Arts from the New York Institute
of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. She attended on a full scholarship (teacher assistantship), which involved teaching news-writing
and production skills to undergraduates.

Browne
was also a reporter for NYIT's news program "LI News Tonight", which airs nightly on Long Island
cable.

Browne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Fordham
University in NY. Many New Yorkers remember her from her college days,
on WFUV-FM (90.7FM), Fordham's far-reaching radio station. Browne co-hosted a very popular Irish music program (Ceol na Gael)
on that station, and was also News Director and news anchor. Browne worked part-time at Newsweek Magazine for four years while
at Fordham.

Browne grew up in Bayside, NY. Her hobbies include running, volleyball and water-skiing. She has also
volunteered for Island Harvest (which distributes leftover food) & the Interfaith Nutrition Network (Long
Island soup kitchens and shelters).
